The Registrary has received notice that the new Scheme for the John Humphrey Plummer Foundation set out in the Council's Report dated 16 October 2006 (Reporter, p. 61) was sealed by the Charity Commissioners on 4 April 2007. The new general regulations to govern the Professorships on the Foundation, approved by Grace 4 of 15 November 2006, come into force with effect from the date of sealing.
