The General Board, on the recommendation of the Committee of Management of the Centre for Business Research, have amended the terms of election and appointment of members of the Advisory Board as follows:
Regulation 9.
By replacing in the first sentence of the penultimate paragraph the words 'three years' by the words 'four years' and by inserting a second sentence so as to read:
A member in classes (b) and (c) shall at the end of that period be eligible for re-election or reappointment, respectively, for one further period of four years, provided that the General Board may exceptionally allow a member to be eligible for a second further period of four years, after which two years shall elapse before he or she shall again be eligible for re-election or reappointment.
