Plagiarism Awareness Day: Events

The following events will take place on 2 May to mark Plagiarism Awareness Day:

10.30 a.m. Plagiarism awareness event for postgraduate students in the humanities, led by Dr Laurie Friday, Secretary of the Board of Graduate Studies (venue: room LG17, Faculty of Law, West Road).
2 p.m.-3.15 p.m. Demonstration for staff on using Turnitin to detect plagiarism, to include an introduction to CamTOOLs and a Q&A session with a panel of representatives from Turnitin and CARET, as well as academic users of CamTOOLs (venue: room LG17, Faculty of Law, West Road).
5 p.m. Plagiarism awareness event for postgraduate students in the sciences, led by Dr Laurie Friday, Secretary of the Board of Graduate Studies (venue: the Graduate Union, 17 Mill Lane).
