Additional 'Scarlet Day' and flying of the University Flag: Notice

The Vice-Chancellor gives notice that she has designated Tuesday, 17 April 2007 a 'scarlet day' (see the Vice-Chancellor's Notice above), and she also requests that the University Flag be flown on that day from University buildings having flagpoles.
