Mansfield College is seeking a Development Director to replace the current post-holder, who is leaving to take a senior development post at Reading University. He has done an excellent job in helping to take forward the College's ambitious and innovative programme of developments.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated self-starter, preferably (but not essentially) with experience in fund-raising/development, alumni relations, or related fields, and very good with people.
The initial salary is likely to be in the order of £35,000, but could be higher for an exceptional candidate. Progression will be performance-related. Other benefits are offered, together with eligibility to join the Universities Superannuation Scheme.
