On 13 March at 8.30 p.m. in the Cockcroft Lecture Theatre, New Museums Site, Professor Dorothy Bishop, of the University of Oxford, will deliver a lecture entitled Beanbags, fish oil, and rose-tinted spectacles: navigating the path through dyslexia cures. All who are interested are invited.

At a meeting held on 26 February in the Cockcroft Lecture Theatre, New Museums Site, Professor T. J. Pedley, FRS, was in the Chair. Professor Patrick Sissons, Regius Professor of Physic, School of Clinical Medicine, delivered a lecture entitled Persistent infectious diseases - viruses and how we live with them. A vote of thanks was moved by Professor A. W. Cuthbert.

Travel Grants amounting to £1,500 have been awarded to Fellows of the Society.
