The Vice-Chancellor gives notice that she has accepted with gratitude a benefaction of £2,000 from Dr Sylvia Haslam, Sc.D., of Newnham College, to support a prize to be awarded for distinction in ecology in the examination in Plant Sciences in Part II of the Natural Sciences Tripos.
The Council are submitting a Grace to the Regent House (Grace 1, p. 475) for the approval of regulations to govern the proposed Prize.
