Pembroke College is seeking to recruit a Strategic Development Director. The Strategic Development Director will become a Fellow of the College and will work closely with the Master and a highly supportive Governing Body. As the architect of the College's fund-raising initiatives, the Director will develop new income streams and reinforce current sources. While it would be desirable for the successful candidate to have direct fund-raising experience, this is not essential. The salary and other benefits will be in the region of c. £65,000.
