Homerton College

COLLEGE LECTURESHIPS IN HISTORY AND IN MATHEMATICS

Homerton College intends to appoint a College Lecturer in History and a College Lecturer in Mathematics from October 2007. Appointments will be for five years in the first instance. Applications are invited from specialists in History, with an ability to teach Early Modern or recent British or European History and from specialists in Mathematics, who can teach Tripos papers in Parts IA and IB of the Mathematical Tripos. The persons appointed will be elected to Fellowships at Homerton College and will be expected to provide twelve hours of supervision a week in Full Term and to direct studies. They will also be expected to engage in research and to contribute to the life and running of the College. The salary will be in the range of £26,666 to £30,013.
