The examination for the Winchester Reading Prizes (see Special No. 6 of the Reporter, 10 November 2006, p. 11) will be held in the Senate-House on 8 May 2007, at 2 p.m. The subject will be: Virgil, Aeneid, Book VI, in John Dryden's translation (editions include Penguin Classics (1997)).
