Balliol College proposes to elect a Henry Skynner Junior Research Fellow in Astronomy for three years from 1 October 2007. The elected Fellow will be a Junior Research Fellow as defined in the College statutes, and will be required to undertake research in astronomy or related areas of theoretical or experimental physics.
The Fellow will receive an annual stipend (rising from £18,180 in the first year), plus superannuation, free meals, accommodation, and a research allowance.
