REGULATIONS FOR EXAMINATIONS

The General Board give notice that, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board or other authority concerned, the regulations for certain University examinations have been amended as follows:

Historical Tripos, Part I

(Statutes and Ordinances, p. 302)

The titles of certain papers in Part I of the Historical Tripos have been amended as follows:

Regulation 13.

With effect from 1 October 2007
Section F

Extra-European History
Paper 22. From 'North American history from 1607 to 1877' to 'North American history from 1607 to 1865'.

With effect from 1 October 2008
Section B

British Political and Constitutional History
Paper 3. From 'British political and constitutional history, 1050-c. 1500' to 'British political and constitutional history, 1050-1509'.
Paper 4. From 'British political and constitutional history, 1450-1750' to 'British political and constitutional history, 1485-1750'.

SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

Part I

Paper 24. A subject in any aspect of history specified by the Faculty Board from time to time
This paper will, until further notice, be a paper entitled 'The history of the United States from 1865'.
