The Times Law Awards, 2007

Submissions are invited for The Times Law Awards, 2007, with the Chambers of Lord Grabiner, QC, One Essex Court. Students are invited to submit essays of not more than 1,000 words on the topic Extradition to foreign courts: are our laws fair?. Essays should be succinct, well argued, and of general interest. The following prizes will be awarded: first, £3,500; second, £2,500; third, £1,500. Three runners-up will receive £1,000 each.

The winning entry will be published in The Times and the awards will be presented by the Lord Chancellor at a reception next year. The deadline for entries is 24 November 2006.
