Applications are invited for a College Lectureship in Law. The appointment will be associated with an Official Fellowship of the College, and may be renewed for a period of up to ten years.
Applicants should be active in research in any field of law, and should be willing to provide undergraduate supervision in any two of the following subjects: EU Law, International Law, the Law of Tort, Criminal Law. The successful candidate will be required to provide six hours of supervision a week during term. As a contribution to the development of the College's international programme, the successful candidate will also be required to provide an introductory course of lectures in European Law (broadly conceived) for selected law students from Japan, although it is not envisaged that the successful candidate need have a specialist interest in EU Law.
The stipend will be on an incremental scale between £21,055 and £34,866 a year, depending on qualifications and experience. Further particulars can be obtained by visiting the Queens' College website at http://www.queens.cam.ac.uk/.
