The agenda for the meeting will be circulated to each member of the Faculty. The main business will be to elect five members of the Faculty Board in class (c), in accordance with Statute C, IV, 2(c), two to serve for four years, two to serve for two years, and one to serve for one year, with effect from 1 January 2007.

The main business will be the election of three members of the Faculty Board in class (c), in accordance with Statute C, IV, 2(c).
Nominations, signed by the proposer and seconder, for which the consent of the candidate must be obtained, should reach the Secretary at the Institute of Astronomy not later than Monday, 6 November. Notice of any other business should reach the Secretary by the same date.
