Mansfield College proposes to elect two non-stipendiary Junior Research Fellows with effect from Michaelmas Term 2006 until 30 September 2008. Applicants should be engaged in post-doctoral research in Oxford in either the Humanities or Sciences and have independent support. The Fellows will be entitled to free lunch and dinner during all periods when the kitchen is open and full membership of the senior common room. The College is unable to provide study space or residential accommodation.

Applications (four copies), including a curriculum vitae, a list of publications, a statement of proposed research, and the names of three referees, should be sent to the Academic Administrator by 14 July 2006. Interviews are expected to take place early in August. It is the responsibility of the applicants to ask their referees to send references direct to the Academic Administrator to arrive not later than 14 July.
