The General Board and the Board of Graduate Studies have approved a recommendation from the Faculty Board of Physics and Chemistry that the examination in Materials Modelling for the M.Phil. Degree be suppressed and the special regulations for the examination be rescinded with effect from 1 October 2007; few candidates have presented themselves for the course in recent years.
