Exeter College

CHAPLAIN/FELLOW

The College proposes to elect a Chaplain/Fellow from 1 October 2006 until 30 September 2011. The principal duty of the Chaplain will be the pastoral care of members of the College. The appointment is open equally to men and women, but is not renewable. The closing date for applications is 1 June 2006.

STAINES MEDICAL RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP

The Fellowship is offered for research in Oxford in one of the Medical Sciences, such as Anatomy, Biochemistry, Clinical Medicine, Genetics, Neuroscience, Pathology, Pharmacology, or Physiology. The Fellowship, which is open to men and women equally, will be tenable for two years in the first instance, from 1 October 2006. The stipend will be determined in the light of any other emoluments the Fellow is receiving. Applicants will normally be post-doctoral and in the early stages of their research career. The closing date for applications is 25 May 2006.

MONSANTO SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP

Exeter College proposes to elect to a Fellowship in Molecular or Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, or Physiology to be held from 1 October 2006. The Fellowship is tenable for three years in the first instance, and is renewable for a further period of two years only. It is expected that the successful applicant will have significant post-doctoral experience, and be engaged in independent research. The Fellow will be required to undertake research in a relevant Department of the University. The annual stipend will be on a scale within the range £20,044 to £30,002. The closing date for applications is 25 May 2006.
