New advice and guidance on Dignity at Work has now been issued for all staff and is available on-line at http://www.admin.cam.ac.uk/offices/personnel/policy/dignity/. This guidance replaces the old 'Yellow Book': Dealing with Bullying and Harassment. Heads of institutions have received copies of the policy booklet. All staff will shortly receive a letter letting them know about the changes and where they can find information, and enclosing a leaflet for easy reference.
