STIPENDIARY LECTURESHIP IN LATE MEDIEVAL EUROPEAN HISTORY

Applications are invited for a Stipendiary Lectureship in late Medieval European History. Applicants with interests in cultural and/or gender history are particularly welcome. The appointment is for two years fixed term from 1 October 2006. The salary is pro rata on the Senior Tutors' Stipendiary Lecturer scale, currently £12,617 to £14,104 a year (under review). The Lecturer will be expected to offer eight one-hour tutorials a week in term time averaged over the three eight-week terms, as well as assisting with occasional College class teaching in the main and joint History Schools, tutorial and open-day administration, and annual admissions interviews.
