TUTORIAL FELLOWSHIP IN ENGLISH AND UNIVERSITY LECTURESHIP (CUF) IN ENGLISH

Trinity College and the Faculty of English invite applications for the above post in English Literature, tenable from 1 October or as soon as possible thereafter. Applicants must be able to teach the following undergraduate papers in the English B.A. Degree course: Moderations Paper 2a (Victorian Literature 1832-1900), Final Honour School Paper 6 (English Literature 1740-1832), and either Final Honour School Paper 5 (English Literature 1642-1740) or Moderations Paper 2b/Final Honour School Paper 11 (Modern Literature 1900 to the present day), and special options which fall within the candidate's field of expertise. The English Faculty currently has particular needs for lecturing and supervision in the period 1832-1900. The research interests of, and graduate supervision offered by the candidates should reflect these needs. Candidates should have a proven record of excellence in research.
