The General Board, on the recommendation of the Managing Committee of the Centre for Research in the Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities, have amended the composition of the Committee to remove the requirement that at least two of the four persons appointed by the Board should be non-resident members of the University. Regulation 3 has accordingly been deleted and Regulations 4-6 have been renumbered as 3-5.
