FELLOWSHIPS IN THE BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES

Queens' College is seeking to elect a number of Fellows to conduct undergraduate supervision in the biological papers of the Natural Sciences Tripos. Applications, or expressions of interest, are invited from those holding University Offices as specified in Schedule J of The Statutes and Ordinances of the University of Cambridge (2005). Fellowships carry with them a standard teaching obligation of either six or four hours a week during Full Term, together with a pensionable stipend and certain other privileges. The annual pensionable stipend (six hours) is £3,228 and there is also a seniority payment which is age-related, rising to £2,385 at age 48. TEACHING ASSOCIATES IN THE BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES

Queens' College is seeking to appoint a number of Teaching Associates to conduct undergraduate supervision in the biological papers of the Natural Sciences Tripos. Candidates should be postdoctoral researchers within the University. These are fixed-term appointments suited to those on fixed-, or short-term, research contracts in the University. Teaching Associates are remunerated directly for teaching three hours a week during Full Term at £1,644 a year, and enjoy certain dining rights and other College benefits.
