TUTORIAL FELLOWSHIP AND UNIVERSITY LECTURESHIP (CUF) IN ENGLISH

St Anne's College and the University of Oxford invite applications for a combined Tutorial Fellowship and University Lectureship (CUF) in English from 1 October 2006. The Fellow will be required to take responsibility for the teaching of Old and Middle English across the three years of the undergraduate course. She or he will also be expected to pursue research at the highest level, and to give lectures and undertake graduate teaching and supervision for the Faculty. Preference may be given to candidates with research interests in Old English.

FIXED-TERM FELLOWSHIP IN ENGLISH

Applications are invited for a Supernumerary Fellowship in English Language and Literature from 1 October 2006 to 30 September 2009. The Fellow will be primarily responsible for teaching Victorian Literature, the English Language (with particular emphasis on literary language), and Introduction to Literary Studies. She or he will also be expected to pursue research, and to give lectures and undertake graduate teaching for the Faculty if required.
