St Hilda's College

OFFICIAL FELLOWSHIP AND UNIVERSITY LECTURESHIP IN GERMAN

St Hilda's College proposes to appoint a Fellow and Tutor in German with effect from 1 October 2006. The Fellowship, which is open to women only*, will be held in conjunction with a titular University Lectureship (CUF) in the Faculty of Medieval and Modern Languages and Literature.

The Fellow will be required to undertake eight hours of teaching a week averaged over the three eight-week terms for the College in relevant courses in German and its Joint Schools, and to give lectures and undertake graduate teaching and supervision for the Faculty. The combined College and University salary is on an age-related scale up to £47,078 a year (under annual review), plus allowances.
