St Antony's College

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

The College is seeking to employ a Development Director to lead its Development Office and work with the College's Warden to increase the funds raised by the College. A proven track record in fund-raising and the ability to work in a collegiate environment are essential.

Salary will be on the University's academic-related Grade B52 (£31,274 to £43,850 a year), with generous benefits including a final salary pension scheme, healthcare insurance, and lunches provided. The successful candidate is expected to be paid at least £40,000 a year. The position will initially be for up to three years. The closing date for applications is 23 February.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE WARDEN

Applications are invited for the above full-time post, which will become vacant in March 2006. First-class interpersonal, administrative, shorthand, audio typing, and word-processing skills are essential for this busy and responsible position.

The salary, according to experience, will be on the University clerical and library scale at grade 5 (£19,093 to £26,470, under review). Generous benefits include free lunches, final salary pension scheme, 41 days' holiday (including bank holidays), and a car-parking space if available.
