Women's Forum Meeting: Notice

Women in the University are cordially invited to attend the 2006 Women's Forum Meeting, to be held on 7 February from 9.15 a.m. until 2.15 p.m. (with registration from 8.45 a.m.), at the Fisher Building, St John's College. The Meeting will offer an opportunity to:

• Hear updates on the Women's Forum report and talks from the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrary, and two guest speakers: Lord Wilson (Master of Emmanuel College) and Lady Perry (Pro-Chancellor of Surrey University and formerly President of Lucy Cavendish College).
• Hear news about the progress made since the report of the Women's Forum was published in December 2004 (http://www.admin.cam.ac.uk/offices/personnel/equality/forum/index.html).
• Carry out some work on the topic of 'change', including looking at initiating change, implementing change, and receiving and dealing with change.
• Network over coffee and lunch.
• Provide further feedback to the University.

Those interested may attend either for the whole morning, plus lunch and the second guest speaker (Baroness Perry) or attend the final plenary session of the morning at 12.30 p.m., followed by lunch and Lady Perry's talk.
