DEAN OF CHAPEL

Trinity College is seeking to appoint as Dean of Chapel a scholar who has a distinguished record in research in theology and religious studies and is preferably a Clerk in Holy Orders.

The Dean of Chapel will become a Fellow of the College and will: (i) engage in research in his/her field of theology and religious studies; (ii) become a Director of Studies in Theology and Religious Studies; (iii) give six hours a week of College supervision of undergraduates during term; (iv) provide for the celebration of Divine Service in the College Chapel; (v) provide general oversight of Chapel activities, including close liaison with the Director of Music and guidance and supervision of the work of the two College Chaplains; (vi) act as Secretary of the Livings and Chapel Committees.
