A seminar, entitled The role of Churchill College in modern society, will be held at 5 p.m. on 16 November, in the Wolfson Lecture Theatre, Churchill College. Speakers from industry, commerce, and the public service will speak briefly about their experiences in order to stimulate a discussion about the relationships between the College and Society in the present day and to explore new ways of developing them. Speakers will be Professor Gehan Amaratunga, Dr Christopher Potts, Mr Bob Emmerson, Mr Hugh-Peter Kelly, Rear Admiral Fred Scourse, Dr Louise Makin, and Mrs Anne Campbell. Tea, in the Buttery, will be available at 4.15 p.m.
