Queens' College, Cambridge, wishes to appoint a new Senior Bursar from 1 October 2006.
The Senior Bursar is responsible to the Governing Body of the College for overall financial and budgetary policy, and for day-to-day management of these aspects of College life, spanning administration of the investments and property, financial oversight of the College's active conference and banqueting operation, and management of the conditions of employment of academic and other staff. He or she will play a key role in the development of strategic policies in an ambitious Cambridge College.
The post will be full time and will command a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package. The Senior Bursar will be elected to a Fellowship.
