The Fitzwilliam College Foundation Lecture of 2005, entitled Cabinet government, will be given by Rt Hon Lord Butler of Brockwell, Master of University College Oxford, Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Home Civil Service 1988-98, on 17 November at 6 p.m. in the Auditorium, Fitzwilliam College. The Lecture is open to members of the University and others who are interested.
