Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Medicine

Clinical Lecturer to take up appointment as soon as possible after 12 December 2005. The person appointed will be of the standing required for an honorary contract of service with the NHS Executive Eastern Region as a Specialist Registrar and will be required to undertake clinical work, teaching, and research. The post is approved for training in General Internal Medicine (GIM) including acute general medicine with metabolic medicine. Teaching will include acting as a Clinical Supervisor to a group of students. The appointment will be for four years with the possibility of reappointment for a further two years. The pensionable scale of stipends for a Clinical Lecturer is £28,307 to £49,042 a year. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to contact Professor T. Cox (tel. 01223 336864).
