The post might suit someone who is about to complete or has recently completed a doctoral thesis. There is no age limit for applicants. This post could be held in conjunction with another similar post. The salary is on an annual scale of £9,463 to £10,022. The Lecturer will be entitled to six free meals a week during full term, the use of a computer, and a teaching room. In addition, the post-holder will receive an academic allowance of £141 and a student entertainment allowance of £265 for the purpose of entertaining undergraduates.
