Notices by Faculty Boards, or other bodies concerned, of changes to the form and conduct of certain examinations to be held in 2005-06, by comparison with those examinations in 2005, are published below. Complete details of the form and conduct of all examinations are available from the Faculties or Departments concerned.
The Faculty Board of Architecture and History of Art give notice that with effect from 2006, the form of examination for Paper 2 (The display of art) in Part IIB of the History of Art Tripos will be as follows:
The paper will be divided into three sections:
Section A. The history of collecting
Section B. Issues in conservation
Section C. Museums: theory and practice
Candidates will be expected to answer three questions, one from each section, in three hours. Each section is equal in allocation of marks.
