The General Board, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board of Business and Management, have amended Regulation 1 for the Judge Institute of Management (Reporter, 2003-04, p. 990) with effect from 1 July 2005, so as to read:
1. The Judge Institute of Management shall be a Department within the Faculty of Business and Management and shall have the title 'The Judge Business School'. The Director of the Institute shall be the academic head of the School. The Institute shall be under the general control of the Faculty Board of Business and Management.
