STIPENDIARY LECTURESHIP IN LAW

Worcester College and Brasenose College propose to appoint a one-year Stipendiary Lecturer in Law, with effect from 1 October 2005. The Lecturer will be expected to teach up to 12 weighted hours a week in Criminal Law and Jurisprudence for the two Colleges. The Lecturer will also be expected to assist with the administration of law studies at Worcester College, including participating in the admissions process and undertaking the pastoral care of students.

The stipend will be at a point on the stipendiary lecturer scale, currently from £18,374 to £22,507, commensurate with age and experience. The Lecturer will be entitled to the use of a teaching room in Worcester College, and to senior common room membership, with free lunches and dinners.
