In their Notice of 18 October 2004 (Reporter, p. 48), the Council announced that they intended to publish a further Report on the ownership of Intellectual Property Rights in the Lent Term 2005. This further Report would take account of the suggestions and comments made at the Discussion of their Second Joint Report on the ownership of Intellectual Property Rights on 11 and 18 May 2004 (see Reporter, 2003-04, p. 738). The Council and the General Board have now received a preliminary draft of this Report and they expect to sign and publish a revised version early in the Easter Term 2005.
