The Said Business School at Oxford University is one of Europe's fastest-growing and most prestigious management schools. It has one of Europe's leading business courses through its M.B.A. programme and it is fully integrated into the University.
The Business School is looking to appoint a Dean to provide academic leadership; to continue to develop the School's research culture and international standing; and to establish and maintain links with the wider community served by the Business School. Candidates will be proven leaders in institutions of similar scale and ambition and will have experience of successful fund-raising. Ideally, they will be able to demonstrate a high capability in research. Candidates will have strong communication and motivational skills combined with high levels of energy and commitment to the School. The successful candidate will have the ability to present a vision for the School, recognizing its distinctive strengths in a wide range of different forums.
