APPOINTMENT OF FIXED-TERM, PART-TIME CHAPLAIN

Trinity College is seeking to appoint a part-time Chaplain for a five-year period with effect from October 2005. The person appointed to the post, which is non-renewable, would be a Fellow of the College and a member of the Governing Body. He or she must be in Church of England orders, and will be responsible for the conduct and oversight of services in the College Chapel and for pastoral care among all members of the College.

Six copies of applications in writing, giving details of qualifications, publications, relevant experience, special interests, and a brief curriculum vitae, should be sent to the Academic Administrator, Trinity College, Oxford, OX1 3BH, together with the names and addresses (postal and e-mail) of three referees. E-mail applications are not acceptable. The final date for the receipt of applications and references is 7 March. Applicants should ask their referees to write directly to the Academic Administrator of Trinity College by the same date. Interviews will take place on 21 April.
