The eleventh Roskill Memorial Lecture will be given by His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan bin Talal, President of the Club of Rome and President of the Arab Thought Forum. The lecture is entitled The long march to a law of peace, and will be given at 5 p.m. on 18 January 2005, in Wolfson Hall, Churchill College.
