RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS (ARTS AND SOCIAL SCIENCES)

The Governing Body of Clare Hall proposes to elect one stipendiary and two or more non-stipendiary Research Fellows in the Arts and Social Sciences for a period of three years starting from October 2005. These are normally for applicants who have recently finished their Ph.D. Degree. Applicants who have previously held College Research Fellowships in Oxford or Cambridge are not eligible. Non-stipendiary Research Fellows will be expected to demonstrate that they have adequate financial support throughout the period of the Fellowship.

RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS (SCIENCES)

The Governing Body of Clare Hall proposes to elect two or more non-stipendiary Research Fellows in the Sciences for a period of three years starting from October 2005. These are normally for applicants who have recently finished their Ph.D. Degree. Applicants who have previously held College Research Fellowships in Oxford or Cambridge are not eligible. Non-stipendiary Research Fellows will be expected to demonstrate that they have adequate financial support throughout the period of the Fellowship.

The closing date for the receipt of applications and references for both sets of Fellowships is 29 October.
