It is regretted that in the recent Joint Report of the Council and the General Board on the implementation in Cambridge of the 2003 and 2004 pay increases for non-clinical academic and academic-related staff (Reporter, p. 888) the payments to be made to Heads of Departments for administrative responsibility listed in Annex 2 to the Report were miscalculated. Under Regulation 2 of the regulations on payments additional to stipend these payments are shown as percentages of the standard professorial stipend; application of these percentages gives rise to the following corrected figures for 2003/04:
