Medical and Veterinary Sciences Tripos

(Statutes and Ordinances, p. 328)

With effect from 1 October 2004

The regulations have been amended to clarify the standing of candidates who intend to pursue the M.B., B.Chir. course after having completed a degree in the University in a non-medical field. Such candidates may take examinations in Parts IA and IB of the Medical and Veterinary Sciences Tripos in order to qualify to take the Final M.B. Examination, but not for honours and they will not be classed in the Medical and Veterinary Sciences Tripos.

Regulation 5.

By replacing in line 2 the words 'candidate for Part IA and Part IB' by the words 'candidate not for honours in Part IA and Part IB'.
