Assistant Registrary in the Academic Division with duties in the Department of Zoology

Applications are invited for the office of Assistant Registrary with duties in the Department of Zoology. As part of the senior management team, the post-holder will oversee the administrative support of the Department and help develop and implement strategies that sustain and enhance the Department's high academic profile in teaching and research.

Candidates should be educated to degree level and have previous relevant experience in a senior administrative post, including proven ability in managing resources and staff, preferably gained in a higher education establishment.

Appointment will be to the retiring age subject to the satisfactory completion of a probationary period. The pensionable scale of stipends for an Assistant Registrary is currently £24,097 to £37,187 a year.
