The post is available from 1 October 2004 or as soon as possible afterwards. The appointee will be required to give up to sixteen hours of language instruction in each of the ten weeks of the University's three terms each year. In addition to a first degree in a relevant subject, the person appointed will be expected to have experience, and preferably professional qualifications, in language teaching, and to have native competence in Italian.
The salary for this post will be between £18,893 and £21,852 a year.
