TEACHING APPOINTMENT AND FELLOWSHIP IN BIOLOGICAL SCIENCE

Applications are invited for an appointment to a College Lectureship in Biological Science, tenable for five years in the first instance. The successful applicant will assist in supervising and directing studies in biological subjects of the Natural Sciences Tripos, as well as in student admissions. Consideration will be given to candidates with interests in teaching and research that lie within one or more of the fields of animal biology, biochemistry, cell biology, developmental biology, genetics, or molecular biology.

The Lectureship will require six hours a week of College teaching (for 20 weeks a year) and will be tenable together with another salaried academic appointment in Cambridge. The starting date may be determined by mutual agreement. The successful applicant will be elected into a Fellowship of the College.
