St Catherine's College is seeking a creative, highly motivated, and experienced person to lead its established Development Team. Last year the College launched the highly successful Catz Campaign. Its goal is to support the building of affordable accommodation for all the College's students and to create vital Scholarships that will relieve undergraduate hardship and attract the very best graduate researchers.
The post-holder will be responsible for enhancing and evolving the College's fund-raising strategy, attracting major gifts from alumni and other individuals together with trusts and corporate sources. The post-holder will work closely with the Master and executive function of the College to promote its vision and build on its success.
The starting salary is negotiable at £45,000 a year pro rata. St Catherine's understands the importance of the work/life balance and will consider appointing on a part-time basis for the right candidate. The date for the receipt of applications is 28 June.
