Due to time contraints, the Discussion on the Second Joint Report of the Council and the General Board on the ownership of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), which took place on Tuesday, 11 May 2004, continued on Tuesday, 18 May 2004. The report of the Discussion in its entirety, therefore, will be published on Wednesday, 26 May 2004.
