The Council submit the following Grace to the Regent House. This Grace, unless it is withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 115), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 21 May 2004.
1. That the recommendations in paragraph 16 of the Joint Report of the Council and the General Board, dated 15 and 3 December 2003, on a revision of the arrangements for appraisal (Reporter, p. 314) be approved.1
