PROFESSORSHIP OF GEOCHEMISTRY

Applications are invited for the above post, tenable from 1 October 2004, or such later date as may be arranged. A non-stipendiary Fellowship at St Hugh's College is attached to the Professorship.

The Professorship of Geochemistry is held in the Department of Earth Sciences at Oxford. The University seeks to appoint to this prestigious chair a world-class Earth Scientist with a keen interest in establishing new programmes in the field of geochemistry. Candidates should have a research record at the highest international level and must be able to exercise leadership in Earth Sciences, both within the UK and internationally.
